Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct classes effectively following the university curriculum and academic policies.

• Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, assignments, quizzes, and examination questions.

• Evaluate students’ performance and submit results within the scheduled timeline.

• Maintain regular student counseling and academic advising.

• Participate in curriculum development and quality assurance activities.

• Engage in research, publication, seminars, workshops, and other scholarly activities.

• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.

• Participate in departmental meetings, university committees, and academic events.

• Support accreditation and documentation-related activities when required.

• Perform any other academic or administrative responsibilities assigned by the university authority.
