Experience:

• Diploma in Electrical

• At least 3 years

• Age At most 35 years

Candidates with prior teaching experience at a polytechnic institute will be given preference.

1. Conduct theoretical classes for Diploma in Engineering students according to the approved curriculum and academic schedule.

2. Conduct practical classes in Electrical Technology laboratories and workshops.

3. Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, practical sheets, assignments, and assessment materials.

4. Demonstrate electrical circuits, wiring, installation, measurements, machines, and control systems.

5. Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safe operation of laboratory equipment, tools, and instruments.

6. Assess students through class tests, assignments, practical examinations, quizzes, and other academic activities.

7. Maintain student attendance, academic records, practical records, and assessment documentation.

8. Provide academic guidance and additional support to students who require improvement.

9. Supervise student projects, practical activities, industrial training, and technical competitions.

10. Maintain discipline and promote a safe, professional, and positive learning environment.

11. Assist the Head of Department in academic planning, routine preparation, reporting, and departmental activities.

12. Stay updated with modern electrical technologies, industrial practices, automation, PLC, renewable energy, and IoT applications.

13. Participate in examinations, invigilation, seminars, workshops, admission activities, and institutional programs as assigned.

14. Coordinate with colleagues and relevant departments to ensure smooth academic and laboratory operations.

15. Perform any other academic, technical, laboratory, or institutional duties assigned by the principal.
