ACT Education & Visa Consultants is a leading international education consultancy with its Head Office in Sydney, Australia and branch offices in Dhaka and Cumilla, Bangladesh.

We specialize in helping students achieve their international education goals across the UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Europe. As part of our expansion into European study destinations, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Europe Student Counselor to lead and grow our Europe division.

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with at least 5 years of experience in Europe student recruitment, admissions, and visa guidance. The successful candidate will play a key role in counseling students, training our team, developing partnerships, and expanding our Europe study destination portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert counseling for students interested in studying in 4- 5 European destinations.

2. Guide students through the entire admission process, including:

   • University selection

   • Course matching

   • Application submission

   • Offer letter processing

   • Visa application support

3. Stay updated on European admission requirements, visa regulations, scholarship opportunities, and immigration policies.

4. Train and mentor junior counselors on Europe admissions and student recruitment processes.

5. Conduct student seminars, workshops, and educational events.

6. Assist management in developing strategies to increase student recruitment for Europe.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with European universities, colleges, and partner institutions.

8. Monitor application progress and ensure excellent student service throughout the journey.

9. Contribute to achieving company sales and enrollment targets.

Experience:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Europe student counseling and recruitment.

2. Proven track record of successful student placements to European institutions.

Skills & Competencies:

1. Excellent English communication and counseling skills.

2. Strong knowledge of European higher education systems.

3. Knowledge of visa procedures, admission requirements, and scholarships.

4. Leadership and team training abilities.

5. Strong presentation and business development skills.

6. Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
