Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a Senior Student Counselor who can convert leads into student enrollments, follow up with prospective students, manage the sales process, and consistently achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and exceed monthly lead conversion targets and revenue goals
Own end-to-end lead conversion from inquiry to enrollment
Provide result-oriented academic counseling to students and parents
Execute aggressive multi-channel follow-ups (calls, WhatsApp, email)
Handle objections and close deals confidently
Maintain strict CRM tracking and pipeline management
Actively participate in promotional activities including video marketing, visa success interviews, and social media content creation (Facebook Reels, etc.) to support student engagement and lead generation.
