In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between a student’s aspirations and their future university—turning initial interest into successful enrollments.

The Role at a Glance

• Lead Engagement & Conversion: Proactively communicate with high-intent leads via calls, meetings, and digital platforms to convert inquiries into committed clients.

• Expert Academic Counseling: Provide personalized guidance to students and parents, helping them navigate course selection, career pathways, and institutional fits.

• Full-Cycle Admissions Support: Manage the end-to-end enrollment process, including eligibility assessments, document collection, and application submissions to partner universities.

• Omni-Channel Communication: Maintain a professional and responsive presence across WhatsApp, email, and social media DMs to ensure no student inquiry goes unanswered.

• Strategic Sales & Targets: Address student concerns and overcome objections effectively to meet and exceed monthly enrollment and conversion benchmarks.

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain an organized CRM database, ensuring meticulous follow-ups and nurturing long-term relationships with prospective students.

• Admissions Accuracy: Stay updated on the latest visa regulations, entry requirements, and fee structures to provide 100% accurate information to applicants.

• Collaborative Reporting: Track your daily engagement metrics and conversion rates, providing regular updates to the management team to optimize our outreach strategy.
