We are looking for a results-driven Senior Student Counselor with a strong sales mindset and a proven ability to convert leads into enrollments. This role requires full ownership of the sales pipeline, aggressive follow-ups, and consistent target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lead conversion from inquiry to enrollment

• Provide result-oriented academic counseling to students and parents

• Manage the full admissions process with speed and accuracy

• Execute aggressive multi-channel follow-ups (calls, WhatsApp, email)

• Meet and exceed monthly targets and revenue goals

• Handle objections and close deals confidently

• Maintain strict CRM tracking and pipeline management

• Stay updated on universities, visa rules, and market trends

• Actively participate in promotional activities including video marketing, visa success interviews, and social media content creation (Facebook Reels, etc.) to support student engagement and lead generation

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in student counseling / education sales

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment

• Knowledge of international admissions and visa processes

• Lead-to-enrollment conversion rate

• Daily activity (calls, follow-ups, meetings)
