Saifur’s is looking for an energetic, responsible, and target-oriented Branch Manager to manage and grow our branch operations in the Rangpur Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.

• Counsel students and parents about IELTS, English Language, and Kids English courses.

• Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.

• Explain course features, benefits, fees, schedules, and career opportunities to prospective students.

• Identify students’ needs and recommend suitable courses.

• Plan and implement branch-level marketing and promotional activities.

• Analyze the local market and suggest new courses/programs based on student demand.

• Develop relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.

• Supervise branch staff and ensure smooth team performance.

• Monitor student satisfaction, feedback, and retention.

• Prepare regular branch performance and admission reports for management.

• Keep track of competitors and identify opportunities for branch growth.
