Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BBA/MBA or a relevant discipline, preferably with a major in Finance or Accounting, with a minimum CGPA of 3.25.

Candidates having a Spoken English/English Language certification will be given an advantage.

Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to use modern technology and digital tools for academic teaching.

Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Prior teaching experience will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct assigned BBA courses effectively and engagingly.

Deliver Spoken English and communication skills classes.

Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, presentations, and other teaching resources.

Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Maintain class records, attendance, assessments, and related academic documentation.

Support students in improving their English communication and presentation skills.

Create an engaging, supportive, and student-friendly learning environment.

Utilize appropriate modern technology and digital tools in classroom teaching.

Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by the institution.
