• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing
• Master of Science (MSc) in Nursing

• Valid registration with the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).

• 2 to 4 years

• Age 24 to 35 years

• Strong knowledge of nursing theory, clinical practice, and nursing education.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to teach and mentor students effectively.

• Good classroom and clinical management skills.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership abilities.

• Commitment to professional ethics and student development.

• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office will be an advantage.

• Conduct theoretical and practical classes for nursing students.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.

• Demonstrate nursing procedures and clinical skills in the skills laboratory and clinical settings.

• Supervise and guide students during clinical practice.

• Evaluate students' academic and clinical performance.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic progress, and clinical performance.

• Provide academic guidance, counseling, and mentoring to students.

• Participate in examinations, practical assessments, seminars, workshops, and other academic activities.

• Ensure compliance with nursing education standards, institutional policies, and professional ethics.

• Coordinate with clinical departments and healthcare facilities for students' clinical placements.

• Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the authority.
