Preschool /early childhood experience is preferred
Fluency in English
Knowledge of phonics, early math and literacy
Responsible, patient and child focused
Responsibilities & Context:
Time: 8.30 am to 6.30 pm
Days: Sunday - Thursday
Key Responsibility:
Plan, organize and control of all activities of day care
Giving proper instruction to caregiver for food maintenance and sleeping arrangements for children
Supervision and monitoring children’s activities
Prepare lesson plan, daily routine activity worksheet, etc.
Ensure proper nurturing of children to develop mental and physical growth
Ensure and maintain healthy environment in daycare center
Help children understand and overcome social or behavioral problems through individual and group counseling
Work with children to develop organization skills
Communicate with teachers and parents even after office hour in case of emergency arrangements
