The selected candidates must reside on the institution's hostel premises and remain available to supervise, mentor, and support students as required.
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience is required. Candidates with experience as a Residential Teacher, Hostel Tutor, or in a similar position at a reputed educational institution will be given preference.
Experience in student supervision, academic mentoring, counselling, and hostel management will be considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide academic support and guidance to hostel students.
Conduct supervised study sessions and monitor students` academic progress.
Maintain discipline, ensure student welfare, and create a conducive learning environment within the hostel.
Coordinate with academic and administrative authorities regarding students` performance and well-being.
Remain available on campus as required by institutional regulations.
