Responsibilities & Context:
Edu Quest is looking for an experienced and responsible Student Counsellor for our Study Abroad / Education Consultancy team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, suitable courses, universities and countries.
• Understand students’ academic background, budget and future career goals before providing recommendations.
• Communicate professionally with students and parents through phone, WhatsApp, email and face-to-face meetings.
• Follow up with prospective students regularly and maintain proper records.
• Assist students with admission-related documentation and basic visa processing guidance.
• Maintain student information and follow-up records in CRM/software.
• Coordinate with the admission and visa processing team when required.
• Achieve assigned counselling and student conversion targets.
• Provide accurate information and maintain professional communication at all times.
• Perform other relevant duties assigned by management.
