Having M.Ed/ B.Ed degree will be given preference.

Curriculum Delivery: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging, inquiry-based lessons based on the PYP framework. Ensure the curriculum is transdisciplinary and supports the development of the whole child.
Student-Centered Learning: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to become independent thinkers, problem-solvers, and active learners.
Differentiation: Adapt lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring that all students are appropriately challenged and supported in their learning journey.
Assessment: Use a variety of formative and summative assessment tools to monitor student progress.
Provide constructive feedback to students and adjust teaching strategies to meet their individual needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with other PYP teachers, the PYP Coordinator, and school leadership to develop and implement the PYP curriculum. Participate in planning meetings and collaborate on interdisciplinary projects.
Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Attend parent-teacher conferences and school events.
Classroom Management: Establish a safe, organized, and respectful classroom environment that fosters student engagement, responsibility, and respect.
Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with the latest developments in the IB PYP and educational practices.
School Community: Contribute to the wider school community by participating in extracurricular activities, school events, and committees.
