Corporate Trainer – Business English & Pitch Coaching

Position Overview

EduPro Bangladesh is seeking dynamic, persuasive, and qualified Corporate Trainers to join our Agami FutureReadyinitiative on a project-based, part-time contract.

In this role, you will facilitate high-impact training modules for professionals, corporate executives, and entrepreneurs. Candidates may specialize in Business English & Professional Communication, Pitches & Presentation Coaching, or deliver a hybrid combination of both domains based on their expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Track A: Business English & Corporate Communication

• Curriculum Delivery: Teach specialized Business English modules, including executive writing (emails, reports, proposals), formal workplace conversation, and negotiation terminology.

• Customized Instruction: Tailor lesson plans to address specific industry terminology and the individual needs of non-native English-speaking professionals.

• Practical Training & Assessment: Conduct interactive role-play scenarios simulating real-world business meetings, cross-cultural negotiations, and professional networking while assessing participant growth.

Track B: Pitches & Presentations Coaching

• Pitch Deck & Narrative Design: Coach clients on structuring high-stakes pitches, storytelling frameworks, slide design flow, and call-to-action strategies.

• Stage Presence & Delivery: Train participants on voice modulation, posture, body language, managing Q&A sessions, and controlling presentation anxiety.

• Interactive Workshops & Feedback: Conduct group workshops and 1-on-1 coaching sessions, providing structured, actionable feedback on slides, pitch narrative clarity, and delivery style.

Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Language Medium: Exceptional English language proficiency. Candidates are required to communicate strictly in English throughout the entire application and recruitment process.

• Professional Experience: 3+ years of practical experience in Business English instruction, pitch coaching, public speaking, corporate communication, or executive training.

• Delivery & Tech Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and instructional skills, with proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides) and virtual delivery platforms (Zoom, MS Teams).

Preferred Qualifications

• International Exposure: Direct experience working, teaching, or consulting with foreign professionals, international clients, or expatriates is highly preferred.

• Education & Credentials: TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, DELTA, or degrees in English, Applied Linguistics, Communications, or Business are preferred but not strictly required if you possess strong practical coaching experience.

• Startup/Corporate Background: Prior experience working with startup founders, venture accelerators, or corporate sales executives.

Selection Process & Application Notes

• Selection Note: Shortlisted candidates will be required to conduct a 15–20 minute live demo session/presentationin English as part of the evaluation process.

• Engagement Structure: This is a project-based contract tied to specific cohort schedules, workshops, and module assignments with flexible part-time hours.
