Responsibilities & Context:
  • Understand the immigration requirements, changes in visa rules, university policies, documentation requirements, and compliance procedures for Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.

  • Review and assess financial documents, academic records, employment documents, study history, travel history, and other supporting documents required for student visa applications.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of sponsor requirements and required financial/supporting documents for Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.

  • Guide students and parents regarding visa documentation requirements.

  • Have strong expertise in SOP/Study Plan writing and reviewing, ensuring the content is accurate, relevant, consistent, and aligned with the student's academic and career background.

  • Identify potential documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and compliance risks and take appropriate action before application submission.

  • Coordinate with the Admissions and Counselling teams to ensure that students receive accurate, updated, and consistent information regarding visa requirements.

  • Keep updated with changes in visa policies, financial requirements, documentation requirements, and institutional procedures for Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.

  • Maintain proper records of visa documentation, compliance checks, SOPs, financial documents, and other relevant student information.

  • Ensure that all student applications are prepared with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, documentation quality, and ethical practices.
