Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Handle client inquiries, provide professional consultation regarding visa services, travel packages, and related solutions, and assist in converting leads into successful sales.

  2. Communicate with prospective and existing clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person discussions to maintain strong customer relationships.

  3. Collect, review, and verify client documents accurately; identify missing requirements and ensure timely completion of files.

  4. Process visa applications for different countries through official online portals by accurately completing application forms and preparing supporting documentation.

  5. Prepare and organize visa-related documents including cover letters, hotel bookings, flight reservations, travel plans, and other required paperwork provided by the company.

  6. Analyze client profiles including travel history, financial background, and professional information to support strong visa application submissions.

  7. Utilize ChatGPT, AI tools, computer applications, and internet resources to improve productivity, documentation quality, and operational efficiency.

  8. Follow up with clients regarding pending documents, application progress, interview requirements, payment status, and final visa decisions.

  9. Coordinate effectively with internal sales, operations, and processing teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.

  10. Maintain accurate records of client communications, applications, payments, and case updates with confidentiality and professionalism.

  11. Demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, sales confidence, problem-solving ability, and a positive professional attitude.

  12. Be capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and taking ownership of daily operational and sales targets when required.

    Salary Structure

    Junior Officer (Sales / Processing): 15,000 – 20,000 BDT (Smart Freshers Welcome)
    Senior Officer (Sales / Processing): 20,000 – 30,000+ BDT (Experienced Candidates Preferred)
