• Candidates with experience handling European study destinations will be preferred.

About Aufsky Education

Aufsky Education is a Germany-based education consultancy with its Bangladesh branch in Uttara, Dhaka. We help students explore international education and career opportunities, with a strong focus on Germany and Europe.

We are currently looking for confident, motivated and student-focused Student Counselors to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding Germany and European study & career opportunities.

• Understand students' academic background, career goals and requirements.

• Explain suitable study programs, Ausbildung, German language courses and admission pathways.

• Communicate with students through phone, WhatsApp, Facebook and face-to-face meetings.

• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.

• Assist students with the initial admission and documentation process.

• Maintain student information and follow-up records in the company's CRM/system.

• Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets.

• Participate in seminars, webinars, education fairs and promotional activities.

• Maintain professional relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English and Bangla.

• Confident and professional personality.

• Good convincing and counseling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Strong interest in international education and student counseling.

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

• Previous experience in education consultancy/student counseling will be an advantage.
