About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Associate Product & Marketing to support the management and growth of Lead Academy’s courses, instructors, projects, partnerships, and marketing activities.
The role requires someone who can work across product management, course production, project coordination, social media, content, and partner communication while ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Lead Academy’s courses, instructors, and course production.
Plan and monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Maintain strong communication with corporate and government partners.
Support sales and marketing teams in achieving business goals.
Develop and manage social media content calendars and daily content activities.
Write captions, ad copies, blogs, website content, newsletters, and campaign materials.
Monitor social media performance, trends, and audience engagement.
Prepare weekly and monthly project and performance reports.
Identify opportunities for new partnerships, product growth, and audience engagement.
Required Qualification:
Fresh Graduate/ Final year students are encouraged to apply
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Job Location: Dhanmondi, Dhaka
Office hours: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, 5 days a week (Sunday - Thursday).
Salary: Negotiable
Joining date: The earliest day after confirmation, not exceeding 30 days.
