We are growing bigger and we need a Programs Associate (Online Courses, Training) to oversee our core department - online/LIVE course management.

The position is best suitable for someone who has worked in the Ed-Tech or Education industry for at least 1 year. You must be familiar with the process of developing e-learning courses and instructor management. There will be a team to help you out, but you have to take the lead and get things done.

Courses are our core product and this position can also be termed as that of a product manager. If you are working as a product manager at any start-up and you want to take your career to the next level, this might be the right opportunity for you. Nevertheless, you have to have a knack for Education industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Your primary responsibility would be to manage Lead Academy's courses and instructor management.

• You will maintain a proper project timeline, through Project Management Software.

• You will have an in-depth idea about all the courses offered by Lead Academy so that you can manage corporate clients and government partners.

• You will work closely with the sales and marketing team, to achieve sales targets.

• You will contribute to the growth of the business by creating new partnerships and increasing the engagement of the partners.

• You will plan and monitor overall course production and ensure the quality of the courses. will give weekly and monthly reports to the management team about the overall progress.

• You will monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, and expenditures.

• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

• Ensuring project deadlines are met.

• Providing administrative support as needed.

• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management

• Proven ability to solve problems creatively

• Experience of working in a start-up or tech company will be preferred

• Excellent analytical skills

• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Job Location: Dhanmondi, Dhaka
Office hours are typically 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, 5 days a week (Sunday - Thursday).

Salary: 20k-25k (Can be negotiated for more if the candidate deserves it)

Joining date: The earliest day after confirmation, not exceeding 30 days.
