• Strong subject knowledge.

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple manner.

• Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom instruction, and student assessment.

• Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

• Patience, enthusiasm, and a compassionate attitude towards students.

• Punctuality, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Willingness to actively participate in school events, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities.

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Prepare lesson plans and digital content.

• Conduct classes for Grades VI–XII in both the English and Bangla Versions.

• Possess a strong understanding of the NCTB curriculum.

• Prepare and deliver instructional materials for fully equipped digital classrooms.

• Perform all academic responsibilities related to students' examinations, including preparing question papers, evaluating answer scripts, preparing report cards, communicating with parents, keeping them informed of students' academic progress, and carrying out other duties as assigned.

• Prepare class notes, lecture sheets, and other learning materials.

• Monitor and maintain student discipline in accordance with the institution's policies.

• Actively participate in and contribute to various co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
