• Strong organizational, classroom management, and analytical skills.

Experience:

• Minimum Experience: 1- 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized School, College, or educational institution.

Job Responsibilities

Academic & Classroom Instruction

• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and lectures according to the approved curriculum for Biology / Accounting.

• Conduct engaging daily classes using modern teaching methodologies and practical demonstrations (including lab work for Biology).

• Prepare examination question papers, evaluate scripts, and maintain accurate records of student academic performance.

• Assess student progress, create student portfolios, and conduct parent-teacher discussions when necessary.

Student Guidance & Support

• Provide academic counseling, guidance, and remedial support to students struggling with subject topics.

• Maintain strict classroom discipline, high moral standards, and foster a positive learning atmosphere.

• Assist in organizing extra-curricular activities, subject-based clubs, and outdoor educational events.
