·         Translate documents, contracts, specifications, and communication between Japanese and Bengali/English accurately.

·         Interpret during meetings, negotiations, supplier visits, and conference calls.

·         Assist in sourcing, procurement, and quality inspection activities by providing language support.

·         Facilitate clear communication between Japanese suppliers and the local team to ensure understanding of technical details and quality standards.

·         Support vendor evaluation and development processes through effective translation and interpretation.

·         Prepare and review translation of technical documents, manuals, and product specifications.

·         Coordinate with the buying, quality control, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate communication.

·         Maintain good relationships with Japanese partners and ensure cultural nuances are respected.

·         Keep updated with industry terminology and trends relevant to garments and buying sectors.

·         Perform any other language-related tasks as required to support the company's operations.
