Lecturer in Physical Education

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate Physical Education and Games classes.

• Provide practical training in football, cricket, basketball, volleyball, badminton, athletics, and other sports.

• Conduct physical fitness exercises, drills, warm-ups, and skill-development activities.

• Develop students’ physical fitness, coordination, teamwork, discipline, leadership, and sportsmanship.

• Identify and nurture students with potential in different sports.

• Train and prepare school teams for inter-school competitions and tournaments.

• Organize Sports Day, Annual Sports, inter-house competitions, and other sporting events.

• Supervise students during games, practice sessions, and outdoor activities.

• Ensure the safe and proper use of sports equipment and playground facilities.

• Maintain records of students’ participation, fitness, and sports performance.

• Promote healthy lifestyles and regular participation in physical activities.

• Work closely with teachers and school management in planning sports and co-curricular activities.

• Perform other duties related to Physical Education and Games as assigned by the authority.
