Experience:
Master's degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in higher education administration, corporate administration, facilities, logistics, or institutional operations is preferred.
Strong coordination, supervision, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital administrative/reporting systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

AIUB seeks experienced, competent, and service-oriented professionals to strengthen the University's administrative operations. The positions will support institutional coordination, operational efficiency, compliance, facilities and logistics, stakeholder liaison, and quality service delivery across academic and administrative units.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director in planning, supervising, and monitoring administrative operations.
Coordinate assigned functions such as facilities, logistics, transport, security, maintenance, housekeeping, and event support.
Supervise administrative officers and support staff and monitor performance and service standards.
Implement administrative policies, procedures, and Management decisions across relevant units.
Coordinate official visits, institutional programs, meetings, and logistical arrangements.
Support proc urement, asset control, vendor coordination, and administrative budgeting
processes.
Maintain liaison with internal departments and external organizations for operational
matters.
Prepare reports, correspondence, records, and follow-up notes for the Director and University Management.
Act on behalf of the Director in assigned matters when required.
