Experience:
Master's degree from a recognized university.

AIUB seeks experienced, competent, and service-oriented professionals to strengthen the University's administrative operations. The positions will support institutional coordination, operational efficiency, compliance, facilities and logistics, stakeholder liaison, and quality service delivery across academic and administrative units.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Director and Deputy Director in day-to-day administrative operations and coordination.
Monitor assigned administrative services, facilities, logistics, maintenance, transport, security, and event arrangements.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure timely support and service delivery.
Maintain administrative records, schedules, reports, inventories, and official correspondence.
Assist in procurement follow-up, vendor coordination, asset management, and service monitoring.
Support institutional events, meetings, official visits, examinations, and special assignments.
Supervise assigned staff and ensure completion of tasks within approved procedures and timelines.
Prepare periodic reports and provide follow-up on Management decisions and administrative issues.
