Responsibilities & Context:
1. Communicate with students and understand their academic background, career goals, preferred countries, and study interests.
2. Suggest suitable universities, courses, and study destinations based on the student’s profile and preferences.
3. Check students’ academic qualifications, English proficiency, study gaps, and other basic admission requirements.
4. Collect required academic and personal documents and ensure they are complete, clear, and properly organized.
5. Maintain accurate records of student information, applications, documents, and follow-up activities.
6. Work closely with senior counsellors and the processing team, contribute to student conversion targets, and continuously improve knowledge of universities and study-abroad opportunities.
7. Make regular calls to new and existing leads, understand their study-abroad interests, provide initial information, follow up on their enquiries, and maintain consistent communication to convert leads into potential students.
