Responsibilities & Context:

• Provide professional counselling to students regarding higher education opportunities in Australia, Europe, the UK, Canada, and other study destinations.

• Assess students' academic qualifications, career goals, financial capability, and English language proficiency to recommend suitable universities and programs.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, visa policies, and post-study work opportunities for assigned countries.

• Guide students in selecting appropriate universities, courses, and intakes based on their academic profile and career aspirations.

• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and follow up with prospective students throughout the admission process.

• Assist students in preparing Statements of Purpose (SOP), Motivation Letters, CVs, recommendation letters, and other admission documents.

• Submit university applications accurately and within deadlines through university portals or authorized partner platforms.

• Provide complete visa counselling, including documentation, financial evidence, Genuine Student (GS)/GTE requirements, and interview preparation.

• Mentor and support junior counsellors by sharing destination-specific knowledge and best practices.

• Resolve student concerns and provide exceptional customer service throughout the admission and visa journey.

• Collaborate with the admissions, compliance, marketing, and visa processing teams to ensure efficient student support.

• Prepare counselling reports, enrollment forecasts, and performance updates for management.

The salary will be reviewed and may be increased every six months based on performance appraisal results.
