UniPass Global is a Dhaka-based education consultancy helping Bangladeshi students pursue higher education in South Korea. We work directly with partner universities and agencies in Korea to support students through the full admission and relocation journey.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

We're looking for an experienced South Korea education counsellor to lead our student-facing operations. This person will guide students through admissions and visa processes, manage our partnerships with Korean universities and agencies, and take ownership of lead conversion and reporting. Prior experience specifically in a South Korea-focused consultancy is required.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

- Provide professional counselling to students on South Korea university and course selection based on their academic background and goals

- Guide students through the full admission and visa application process, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete

- Build and maintain proactive relationships with Korean partner universities and agencies, following up consistently rather than waiting to be chased

- Own the inbound lead pipeline (primarily WhatsApp) and convert inquiries into consultations and enrollments

- Stay current on Korean visa regulations, admission requirements, and university program updates, and ensure accurate information reaches students

- Coordinate with the South Korea-based team on student support, documentation, and pre-departure logistics

- Maintain accurate daily work records and provide regular progress updates to leadership

- Mentor and support junior counsellors and interns on the team

- Oversee content and social media activity (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) that supports lead generation, coordinating with the content/design team

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline

- Prior experience working in a South Korea-focused student consultancy is required

- Strong track record in student counselling, admissions guidance, and visa application support

- Strong communication skills in English and Bengali

- Comfortable coordinating basic content and social media work

- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision

- Honest, transparent, and accountable in reporting and communication
