• Professional Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience conducting corporate English training, conversational English modules, or workforce development language programs.

• NSDA Certification: Possession of an official NSDA Level-4 CBT&A (Competency-Based Training & Assessment) methodology certificate is highly preferred.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, high cultural empathy, and the patience needed to guide learners who have minimal structural English backgrounds.

Position Overview:

BLF is seeking a dynamic, results-driven English Language Instructor to lead the "English for Work Level 2" training program. The instructor will deliver an interactive, competency-based curriculum aligned with the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) framework. Shifting away from rigid academic grammar, this role focuses on functional, real-world workplace communication, preparing job seekers from diverse backgrounds to clear external NSDA competency assessments and secure formal employment.

Preferred Job Description/Responsibility

• Deliver interactive workplace English lessons aligned with NSDA Level 2 standards.

• Conduct intensive spoken English sessions, listening drills, and workplace role-plays to build confidence and reduce communication anxiety.

• Design and administer regular mock assessments, practical presentations, and assignments to track learner progress and prepare them for external NSDA evaluations.

• Maintain daily attendance records, competency tracking profiles, and performance metrics to meet regulatory compliance.

• Provide empathetic mentorship, targeted support, and professional behavioral coaching to learners from disadvantaged or informal backgrounds.
