Education:
1. Educational Qualification (Combination of Religious & Modern Education):
* Honors & Master's degree from a recognized public university in the country, or equivalent degrees from recognized international institutions abroad (e.g., Islamic University of Madinah, Umm Al-Qura University Makkah, King Saud University Riyadh, Al-Azhar, or similar institutions).
* Dawra-e-Hadith from Qawmi stream or Kamil pass from Alia stream (Preference will be given to a combination of both educational backgrounds).

Responsibilities & Context:
A visionary Principal is being sought for dynamic management and academic leadership of an exceptional and innovative educational institution (from Nurani, Hifzul Quran, Orphanage to Dakhil level) in Burichang, Cumilla, which combines Islamic education with modern education.
Criteria:
1. Bilingual Skills:
* Practical ability in fluent and smooth communication in English and Arabic languages alongside Bangla.3. Digital Teaching & IT Skills:
* Proficient in using MS Office and experienced in conducting modern classrooms using PowerPoint Presentations (PPT) and projectors.
2. Leadership & Teacher Training:
* Administrative experience in any reputed educational institution and the ability to conduct regular in-house training/workshops for teachers on modern teaching methodologies.
3. Pedagogy & Child Psychology:
* Clear understanding of Child Development and a belief in a wisdom-based (Hikmah) and encouraging teaching policy instead of strict discipline.

The candidate must reside full-time on the institution's campus.
* Accommodation Facility:
Quality residential accommodation will be provided to the Principal. However, utility bills (water, electricity, and gas) must be borne by the Principal.
* Food Facility:
If residing alone without family, full food expenses will be borne by the institution.
* Salary:
25,000 - 40,000/- (Negotiable based on experience and capability).
