We are looking for a proactive and communicative Intern, Marketing & Communications to support our business. The role will primarily focus on building strong customer relationships, promoting our Retail Solution products, and supporting marketing and communication activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through telemarketing, regular follow-ups, calls, and other customer communications.

• Communicate with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and introduce relevant Retail Solution products and services.

• Support promotional activities for Retail Solution products through digital and direct communication channels.

• Assist in developing visual and text-based content for social media, product promotions, presentations, and other communication materials.

• Participate in digital marketing campaigns and activities under the guidance of the team.

• Maintain customer communication records and share customer feedback with the team.

• Support the team in identifying opportunities for customer engagement and business development.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, social media, Canva, or other content creation tools will be an advantage.
