• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Excellent command of Bangla and English typography
• Strong sense of responsibility, creativity, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment

• Design and execute academic book covers, inner pages, and other publication-related creative materials

• Develop packaging designs for stationery products.

• Develop high-quality visual content in line with the company’s brand guidelines

• Ensure professional standards in typography, layout, and color application

• Work closely with the editorial and production teams to ensure timely and accurate output

• Prepare print-ready files and assist throughout the printing and production process

• Stay updated on current trends in publication, packaging, product, and graphic design to bring fresh creative ideas to the organization.

• Coordinate with printing and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs and packaging materials.
