Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Honors degree in any discipline (preferably in Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field).

• At least 3 years

• Age At least 25 years

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphics and motion graphics design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, and visual design.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Portfolio showcasing graphic and motion graphics work is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create graphics, social media content, banners, promotional materials, and marketing assets.

• Create promotional videos, product demos, motion graphics, animations, and reels.

• Edit videos with transitions, typography, effects, and basic color correction.

• Develop engaging visual content for product marketing, campaigns, websites, and social media.

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.

• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to deliver creative content on time.

• Revise designs and videos based on feedback and project requirements.

• Probationary period is Six months; after successful completion of the period, salary will be increased as per salary structure of the organization.

• Upon confirmation as a permanent staff member, they will be entitled to two festival bonuses, welfare benefits, and other facilities in accordance with the organization`s policy.

• Weekly 2 Holidays.
