Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
We are looking for a smart, self-motivated, and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in software sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while maintaining long-term client relationships.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and propose customized software solutions.
Navigate the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide exceptional after-sales support, fostering long-term client relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
After the Probation period, salary will be revised according to the organization’s salary structure.
After confirmation as a permanent employee, the candidate will be eligible for two festival bonuses, welfare facilities, and other benefits as per company policy.
