Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or another video editing software is a plus

• Candidates from adjacent computer-focused fields such as graphic design, photo editing, data work, or similar backgrounds are welcome

• No professional video editing experience is required, but a genuine interest in building a career in video editing is essential

• Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and workflows

• Strong or moderate English communication skills

• Candidates with moderate English communication skills will receive support through our internal training program

• Good attention to detail and consistency

• Ability to commit to full-time, on-site working hours for the full internship duration

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

Flixor is opening 10 internship positions for aspiring video editors who want real, hands-on training and a genuine pathway into the video production industry.

Whether you're starting from scratch or you're a graphic designer, photo editor, data professional, or someone from another computer-focused field looking to build a new career in video editing, this internship is designed for fast learners with strong computer skills and a genuine interest in creative production.

Over 6 months, you'll train and work alongside our editing team, learning the skills, tools, and workflows used to produce content for YouTube, Amazon-focused projects, and international clients.

High-performing interns will have a clear pathway to a paid junior video editor role upon successful completion of the internship.

Duration: 6 months

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Holiday: Friday

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Learn to edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos under the guidance of senior editors and trainers

• Get hands-on experience working with stock and manufacturer footage, including faceless-style content

• Assist with basic transitions, text overlays, effects, and other visual elements

• Support the team with project organization and file/asset management

• Apply feedback from senior editors and trainers to improve editing skills and output quality

• Attend and actively participate in training sessions and practical editing assignments

• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within given deadlines

• Learn and stay updated with current content trends across YouTube, Amazon, Facebook, and TikTok

• Gain practical exposure to professional editing workflows and quality standards
