Responsibilities & Context:

The Marketer is looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling and brand-consistent designs for digital platforms, advertising campaigns, and marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality social media creatives, ad visuals, campaign designs, branding materials, and other digital marketing assets.

• Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives, content briefs, and brand guidelines.

• Design performance-focused graphics for Meta Ads and other digital advertising platforms.

• Maintain strong visual consistency across all brand communications.

• Apply effective typography, composition, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy in design work.

• Collaborate with the marketing, content, media buying, and creative teams to translate ideas into engaging visual outputs.

• Adapt and resize creative materials for different digital platforms and campaign requirements.

• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• Review and refine designs based on feedback from team leads and clients.

• Stay updated with current design trends, advertising trends, social media formats, and creative best practices.

• Organize design files and maintain proper source-file management for ongoing projects.

• Support the creative team in developing fresh visual concepts that help brands communicate effectively and improve campaign performance.

The role requires a strong combination of creativity, technical design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
