GlowBD is a growing beauty e-commerce company selling authentic skincare and cosmetics from 150+ brands. We are looking for a creative Graphics Designer who can understand our ideas and turn them into strong, eye-catching visuals for our social media, ads and website.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand campaign and content ideas and visualize them properly in design

• Design social media posts for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

• Create ad creatives, banners and product carousels for campaigns

• Design educational skincare infographics

• Retouch and edit product and model photos

• Keep all designs consistent with the GlowBD brand style

• Work with the marketing team to deliver designs on time

Employment Status: Full-time

Workplace: Work at office

Educational Requirements

• Graduation or diploma in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or a related field is preferred

• A strong portfolio is valued more than the degree

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design (preferred)

• Experience in beauty, fashion or e-commerce brands is a strong advantage

Additional Requirements

• Strong creative thinking, with the ability to bring new ideas to life visually

• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

• Knowledge of Figma is a plus

• Basic knowledge of CapCut will be an added advantage

• Good sense of color, typography and layout

• Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

• A portfolio with beauty or e-commerce work is mandatory

Job Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka

Salary: 20+ (Negotiable)
