We’re hiring 2 motivated Office Executives (Sales) who are ready to show up, own targets, and grow with a fast-moving beauty brand. 💚

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: BDT 12,000 - 18,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Yearly increment

2 festival bonuses annually

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Experience in sales, customer service, e-commerce, or a related field (clearly mention your experience in your CV and application)

Candidates with skincare or beauty product work experience will get special advantage

Efficient and results-oriented. Works with speed and precision

Strong communicator. Proficient in written and spoken Bangla and English, with fast typing

Sales-first mindset. Handles inquiries with confidence, empathy, and sound judgment

Genuine interest in skincare and personal care

Digitally savvy. Comfortable with WhatsApp, social media, and online order follow-up

Ready to work full-time from our Mirpur DOHS office

Applicants who have worked with skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or beauty brand/e-commerce will get priority.

🕐 What You’ll Do:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, chats, and customer follow-ups

Guide customers to the right products and convert inquiries into orders

Coordinate with the team on stock, offers, combos, and delivery updates

Maintain daily sales reports and keep CRM / order notes updated

Support campaign pushes (new arrivals, mega sales, combo offers)

Uphold GlowBD’s reputation for authentic products and reliable service
