Responsibilities & Context:
Area Manager – Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise sales activities within the assigned area.
* Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
* Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
* Ensure proper product distribution and market coverage.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the market.
* Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
* Ensure company policies, sales strategies, and promotional activities are properly implemented.
