• Communicate with customers and provide information about tour packages, visa processing, study abroad, and other travel services

• Follow up with potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other platforms

• Generate new leads and achieve monthly sales targets

• Support online and offline marketing activities

• Maintain customer records and prepare regular sales reports

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
