• 10–15 years of relevant experience in RMG Marketing/Merchandising, with substantial exposure to European &American buyers/brands.

• A reputed RMG Manufacturing & Exporting Company is looking for a highly capable, experienced, and result-oriented professional to strengthen our Marketing & Merchandising team. We are particularly looking for an independent and commercially strong individual who has proven experience in handling the European market and international buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle and develop buyers/accounts from initial inquiry through order execution and shipment.

• Maintain strong, professional relationships with buyers and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

• Manage the complete order cycle independently, including inquiry, costing, negotiation, development, order confirmation, production follow-up, quality coordination, shipment, and post-shipment follow-up.

• Develop new business opportunities within the European & American market and expand the company's buyer portfolio.

• Take ownership of buyer accounts and ensure on-time order execution, delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate effectively with Production, Planning, IE, Quality, Sampling, Commercial, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth order execution.

• Monitor order status closely and proactively resolve production, quality, delivery, and commercial issues.

• Lead buyer meetings, presentations, negotiations, product development discussions, and factory visits when required.

• Analyze European market trends, buyer requirements, product categories, pricing, and competitive developments.

• Salary: Negotiable, based on qualification and experience.
