Responsibilities & Context:

• Manage client onboarding and handover of files from Sales.

• Follow up on installment payments, collections, and delayed payments.

• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding construction progress.

• Coordinate client modifications, finishing requirements, BOQ, and site execution.

• Support bank/NBFI financing and documentation processes.

• Manage cancellation, refund, handover, and registration coordination.

• Coordinate with Sales, Construction, Legal, Accounts/Finance, and external stakeholders.

• Ensure high-quality client experience and timely resolution of client concerns.
