  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software will be considered an advantage.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and the composure to manage sensitive client situations with empathy and professionalism.

  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities & Context:

1.  Act as the primary relationship manager for clients after sales, maintaining proactive, professional, and timely communication throughout the client's ownership journey.

2.  Manage client requests for apartment/unit layout modification — liaising with the Design and Construction teams to confirm feasibility, cost impact, and revised timelines, and keeping the client informed at each step.

3.  Guide clients through material selection and interior decoration/customization options, ensuring choices are recorded, approved, and communicated accurately to the construction and procurement teams.

4.  Process unit cancellation requests in coordination with Sales and Finance, ensuring compliance with company policy, accurate refund computation, and complete documentation.

5.  Facilitate unit/apartment upgradation requests, coordinating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Construction to confirm availability, pricing, and revised agreements.

6.  Support clients in securing home loan and home improvement loan financing — liaising with partner banks/financial institutions, and tracking submission of required documents to ensure timely disbursement.

7.  Coordinate apartment/unit registration with the client, the Legal team, and relevant authorities, ensuring documentation is accurate and registration is completed on schedule.

8.  Monitor payment schedules and follow up on collections against installment plans — proactively communicating due dates, outstanding balances, and resolving payment-related queries.

9.  Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records, case histories, and communication logs in the CRM/tracking system.

10.     Receive, investigate, and resolve client complaints and service escalations promptly, coordinating with Construction, Sales, Finance, and Legal as needed to ensure timely closure.

11.     Prepare periodic reports for management on client servicing status, collections, pending requests, and open escalations.

12.     Support the handover process — coordinating snag/defect documentation, client walkthroughs, and final account settlement.

13.     Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients that strengthen customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals, consistent with ACE Developers' brand standards.
