• Communicate professionally with clients from the USA and Canada.

• Speak clearly and persuasively in English in all situations.

• Understand client requirements and address their needs effectively.

• Handle client questions, concerns, and requests professionally.

• Willing to complete a 3–6 month probation period, depending on performance.

• Self-motivated, independent, and able to multitask.

• Professional, courteous, and familiar with proper phone etiquette.

• Comfortable communicating with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Previous experience in call centers, telemarketing, or similar roles is preferred.

• Meet and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

• Sales Commission: Tk. 2,000–20,000+

• Attendance Bonus: Tk. 2,000
