• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Age 18 to 25 years
• Only Male

- Receive and manage leads from digital marketing, website, social media, campaigns, events and other sources.

- Contact prospective students/customers and provide information about courses, programs and admission procedures.

- Counsel prospects based on their educational background, career goals, interests and requirements.

- Explain course curriculum, duration, schedule, delivery mode, certification, fees and career opportunities accurately.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp and other approved channels.

- Handle queries and objections professionally and support prospects throughout the admission process.

- Follow up on registration and payment and assist in converting interested leads into confirmed admissions.

- Maintain accurate lead information, follow-up records and admission status in the CRM/lead management system.

- Reactivate old and inactive leads to generate new admission opportunities.

- Coordinate with Business Development, Admission, Accounts, Academic and Student Affairs teams when required.

- Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, calls, counseling, follow-ups and confirmed admissions.

- Maintain professional communication and confidentiality of prospect/student information.
