Position Overview
This is a flexible work-from-home role where you’ll engage with customers, create captivating social media content, provide IT support, and assist in website development.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
Create engaging social media content, including videos and images, to promote our brand.
Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting assistance.
Update website content (basic WordPress knowledge preferred).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
Work Schedule
Friday & Saturday: 6:30 AM- 2:30 PM (Fixed).
Tuesday to Thursday: 8:00 PM – 04:00 PM.(Time may vary by ±1 hour depending on daylight saving time)
Job Other Benifits:
Competitive Salary: 21,000 to 22,000 BDT per month. Flexible work-from-home environment. Off Days: Sunday & Monday.
