Position Overview

This is a work-from-home role where you’ll engage with customers, create captivating social media content, provide IT support, and assist in website development.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content, including videos and images, to promote our brand.
• Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Update website content (basic WordPress knowledge preferred).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.

Work Schedule

• Friday & Saturday: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM (Fixed).
• Tuesday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Off Days: Sunday & Monday.

Flexible work-from-home environment.
