1. Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

2. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, onboard, and retain high-performing talent across corporate, technical, and site-level teams.

3. Design and implement a robust Performance Management System (PMS) including KPIs, KRAs, and regular performance appraisals.

4. Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and manage all regulatory, legal, and disciplinary matters.

5. Formulate, review, and update company HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compensation/benefits frameworks.

6. Oversee payroll administration, attendance management, leave tracking, and employee welfare programs.

7. Identify training needs and design learning and development programs to enhance workforce productivity and leadership skills.

8. Foster a healthy organizational culture, maintain positive employee relations, and resolve workplace grievances effectively.
