Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS, reports and management dashboards.

• Monitor factory, delivery, vehicle, transporter and distribution KPIs.

• Analyze planned vs. actual performance and identify service gaps, delays and root causes.

• Conduct logistics, transportation and distribution cost analysis and identify cost-reduction opportunities.

• Support process improvement, SOP development, digitalization and ERP/logistics system development.

• Ensure proper management of logistics documentation and compliance.

• Prepare management presentations and coordinate with factories, Head Office and other relevant functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a relevant discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in Logistics, Distribution, Transportation, Supply Chain or Depot Operations.

• Experience in Manufacturing/Cement/Steel/FMCG will be preferred.

• Strong skills in MIS, Reporting, Dashboard preparation, MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of transportation, GPS and vehicle monitoring.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.

• Good follow-up, time management, ownership and accountability.

• Knowledge of ERP/Dynamics 365/Tally will be an advantage.
