Responsibilities & Context:
বিভিন্ন যানবাহনের বডি, চেসিস ও স্প্রিং নিয়মিত পরীক্ষা করে ত্রুটি শনাক্ত করা।
দুর্ঘটনা বা ব্যবহারের কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত যানবাহনের বডি মেরামত ও প্রয়োজনীয় পুনর্গঠনের কাজ করা।
বাঁকা, ভাঙা বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বডির অংশ সঠিক মাপ ও আকৃতিতে মেরামত করা।
পাত, ব্র্যাকেট, সাপোর্ট ও অন্যান্য বডি-সংক্রান্ত যন্ত্রাংশ প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী মেরামত বা পরিবর্তন করা।
যানবাহনের সামনের ও পেছনের স্প্রিং পরীক্ষা করে ভাঙা, বাঁকা, দুর্বল বা ক্ষয়প্রাপ্ত অংশ শনাক্ত করা।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী স্প্রিং খোলা, মেরামত, পাত পরিবর্তন, পুনঃসংযোজন ও স্থাপন করা।
স্প্রিং, শ্যাকল, বুশ, ইউ-বল্ট, হ্যাঙ্গার ও সংশ্লিষ্ট অংশের সঠিক অবস্থান ও কার্যক্ষমতা নিশ্চিত করা।
যানবাহনের বডি ও স্প্রিংয়ের ভারসাম্য, উচ্চতা ও সংযোগ সঠিক আছে কিনা পরীক্ষা করা।
বডি ও স্প্রিং মেরামতের পর যানবাহন পরীক্ষা করে নিরাপদ ও চলাচলের উপযোগী কিনা নিশ্চিত করা।
মেরামতের কাজে ব্যবহৃত হাতিয়ার, যন্ত্রপাতি ও সরঞ্জাম যথাযথভাবে ব্যবহার ও সংরক্ষণ করা।
কাজের সময় নিরাপত্তা বিধি, ব্যক্তিগত সুরক্ষা সরঞ্জাম ও কর্মশালার নির্ধারিত নিয়ম যথাযথভাবে পালন করা।
সম্পাদিত মেরামত ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের তথ্য সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মকর্তাকে প্রদান করা এবং প্রয়োজনে অন্যান্য কারিগরি কাজে সহযোগিতা করা।
